Shiny Surface Cleaning & Maintenance Dubai is hiring experienced Sales Executives. To support with its expanding services in the UAE.
This company offers cleaning, maintenance, A handyman, and appliance to the repair services. For both residential and commercial clients.
The selected candidate will handle lead generation. Client communication. And converting prospects into paying customers.
It’s a performance-based role. So results depend on how well you close deals. And meet your targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through digital platforms and outbound sales efforts Promote and sell services including the Residential and commercial cleaning Maintenance services Handyman services Appliance repair services Identify potential clients in the UAE market Communicate with clients via phone calls WA, email, and social media and negotiate pricing Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets Coordinate with the Dubai operations team for service delivery Prepare and submit basic sales reports
Required Skills & Experience
To do well in this role, candidates should have a solid background in sales. And digital communication.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales Experience in service-based industries is preferred
Technical Skills
Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation Experience with the touch Social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram) LinkedIn outreach Email marketing campaigns Familiarity with CRM software and SaaS tools because nowadays social media is the main source of marketing
