Job Role Breakdown

Process Management and SAP
You must keep record of every hour in chemical plant. At the end of shift, you enter all production data and dispatch data in SAP system. If you know SAP system before, it is very good for you. You also write shift performance report in logbook and mark attendance of workers.
Lab Results and Quality Control
The product samples go to quality control lab for testing after short time. When chemist gives report, you must see the results. If quality is not good, you must tell operators to adjust valves, temperature, or pressure so product is not waste.
Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting
The processing factory runs continuously and does not stop. You must check performance of machines. If any pump or conveyor belt is not working, you must fix it fast. You also talk with Shift Engineers of other divisions for shutdown if load shedding happens.
